Design & Planning

Design is where ideas become plans. Whether you bring your own architect or work with one of our trusted partners, we're involved from day one — reviewing plans for buildability, cost implications, and Cape Cod-specific considerations that architects sometimes miss.
What happens:

Permitting & Approvals
